Estimated HQID project specific dates are outlined in the Premier HQID Timeline (.doc).

Below is a high level timeline of events. Exact dates for the upcoming quarters will be posted once finalized. Premier will continue to communicate each step of these via list serve to HQID participants with specific dates and action items necessary.

* Note: We do not have a schedule at this point in time for CDAC chart request. Once these are provided, we will provide updates on when chart request will occur.
