Premier recalls and product notices
Premier has a variety of methods to alert members to product recalls and notices that Premier has been made aware of. These methods include posting notes to:

This Web site is intended to serve as the location where all information related to product recalls and device notifications is archived for quick reference.
This product recall and notice section is not in any way intended to be a comprehensive list of FDA or manufacturer actions. Consult the FDA Web site and/or the manufacturer for specific product information. Manufacturers are required by law to contact all their customers directly with information on product recalls.
Information on product recalls and notices on this site are archived from February, 2001 to present, and include:
- medical device recalls and device notifications or corrections that Premier has received from manufacturers/businesses about our items under contract, and
- recalls and alerts on products that Premier is made aware of that may be important to our members regardless of whether the products are under contract.
